Operational Dashboards & Analytics
The Personify Analytics Suite’s powerful visual reporting and ad-hoc query applications make it easy to understand and gain insight from operational data. Operational Dashboards provide everyone — from executives to operations and business managers — with pre-defined interactive visual models and charts that give a point-in-time view of line-of-business activity.
Operational Dashboards provide end users with the ability to organize, manage, and personalize their own visual analytics, reports, documents, and alerts (for both base reports and custom reports). Dashboards also can be used to display, or provide navigation links to, Data Analyzer queries, Crystal Reports, PDF documents, or Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files, as well as other documents.
Personify Analytics includes Data Analyzer, an ad-hoc query application that allows non-technical users to create and drill-down through complex queries. Drag and drop features make it possible to easily develop queries without understanding the underlying data architecture. Using Data Analyzer, end users may generate output reports and queries to charts, PDF, text or other Microsoft formats. Users may also schedule their reports and queries for delivery to an e-mail address, or report in-boxes.
