Vice President of Customer Service
Mrs. Anne-Marie Bitman is the Vice President of Customer Service for TMA Resources, Inc., a single source provider of member relationship management software solutions for trade associations, professional societies, labor unions and other member-centric organizations.
Mrs. Bitman oversees the technical support at TMA Resources for all production customers. She has over ten years of professional experience in management, technology and business services. She is based at the corporate headquarters in Vienna, VA.
Prior to joining TMA Resources, Mrs. Bitman served as the Director of Database Operations and Information Technology for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) in Irving, Texas. While working at YPO, she also managed the TIMSS 5 to TIMSS 6 migration project. YPO is a peer network that assists business leaders in exchanging ideas, pursues learning, and shares knowledge to achieve personal and professional growth.
Prior to working at YPO, Mrs. Bitman served as a Consultant for Synectics International, a technology-based solutions firm in Dallas, Texas. Her primary responsibilities included Lotus Notes system administration, support, design requirements and project management.
Mrs. Bitman has been active with the Vistage Key Executive Program, a monthly meeting with other key executives from the Washington DC Metro area focused on improving performance and decision making. In addition, she is also an active member of Parature’s Customer Advisory Council. As a member of the council, she contributes to Parature’s continuous growth and success by sharing invaluable and diverse industry knowledge, as well as her vision of the on-demand software industry.
