Mr. Dor is President and CEO of TMA Resources, Inc., a single source provider of member relationship management software solutions for trade associations, professional societies, labor unions, and other member-centric organizations.
Prior to joining TMA Resources, Mr. Dor held several positions at Technology, Management, & Analysis Corporation (TMA) of Arlington, Va. (1987-1996), eventually establishing the systems integration division. During his tenure as Vice President, Systems Integration, the unit grew from three persons to more than 150 people responsible for generating $14 million in annual revenue for the company. The division developed and implemented mission critical business systems for clients in both the public and private sectors. In 1996, Mr. Dor and another senior executive of TMA acquired Resources, Inc. of Northbrook, Ill., a niche software company that provided large database systems to member-based organizations, and established TMA Resources, with Mr. Dor taking the reins of the newly created company.
From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Dor was a software development consultant in the New York City and Boston areas.
Mr. Dor graduated with honors from Brandeis University, Waltham, Mass., earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Mr. Dor, who is a strong advocate for autism research and special education, includes among his civic affiliations work with Cure Autism Now and The Ivymount School.
