Vice President of Product Development
Maureen Phillips-Houser is Vice President of Product Development for TMA Resources, a single source provider of member relationship management software solutions for trade associations, professional societies, labor unions, and other member-centric organizations. In this role, she is responsible for TMA Resources’ technical strategy and overall product architecture and design. Ms. Phillips-Houser brings 20 years of experience in business leadership, product strategy and software engineering to TMA Resources. Prior to joining TMA Resources in 2008, Ms. Phillips-Houser held numerous positions including Director of eBusiness and Corporate Services at ARC Corporation, a technology and services provider to the travel industry, Vice President of Sourcing Solutions at the World Wide Retail Exchange (now Agentrics) where she was an integral part of the development and expansion of the sourcing platform and supporting services. Ms. Phillips-Houser’s software solution delivery experience spans multiple verticals including supply chain management and procurement solutions, consumer packaged goods, retail, and defense contracting on various technology platforms and delivery models such as software as a service (SaaS), portal, and behind-the-firewall (BTFW) packaged solutions. She is based at the corporate headquarters in Vienna, Virginia.
Ms. Phillips-Houser earned a bachelor’s degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University.
