Key Note Speaker: JP Morgenthal
Mr. JP Morgenthal is a widely-respected author, speaker and thought-leader on the use of emerging technologies. His work in the field of XML, Java, EAI and SOA is the foundation upon which many of the modern Web concepts are now built. As Principal Analyst for NC Focus, Mr. Morgenthal delivered the earliest guidance on the use of XML for building machine-to-machine communication.
As CTO of XMLSolutions he was responsible for ground-breaking technology for integrating the supply-chain through XML, and at Ikimbo. He again broke ground on the use of secure instant-messaging to drive real-time collaboration around the supply-chain. As Chief Architect for Software AG, Mr. Morgenthal once again provided key thought leadership in the industry for using XML for SOA, Web Services, and B2B communications.
Most recently, he authored Enterprise Information Integration:A Pragmatic Approach, which details the use of SOA for building information hubs.
Mr. Morgenthal holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
Daniel Cohen-Dumani: Daniel has more than 20 years experience in the computer science field. Since 2002, Mr. Cohen-Dumani has been focusing on building a successful practice focusing on Microsoft SharePoint Product and Technologies solutions, combining "off the shelf" SharePoint with customized capabilities and enhancements to deliver long-term value to clients. Prior to his present position Daniel was a Chief Technology Officer for On Campus Marketing, a leading fund-raising firm for the college market-place.
Bill Fink: Bill Fink is Sr. Application Development Programmer & Technical Lead at Results Direct. He has over 16 years of professional network administration and software development experience with a focus on Internet technologies. At Results Direct, Bill applies his knowledge of Internet architecture and software development to building robust, secure and scalable Web solutions.
Paul Gannon: Mr. Paul Gannon serves as the Vice President of Marketing for TMA Resources. Mr. Gannon is responsible for all marketing activities at TMA Resources, including product marketing, customer communications, industry relations, strategic partnerships and marketing communications. Mr. Gannon brings with him more than 20 years of experience in managing marketing programs for both commercial and non-profit companies. He is based at the corporate headquarters in Vienna, VA.
Anthony Green: Anthony was Sales & Marketing Director at Concep London for over three years, driving Business Development and Marketing within our key vertical markets. In that time Anthony brought clients such as The Association on Business Executives, University College Admission Services and European Society of Cardiology into the business.
Anthony was the founding Chairman of the IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) B2B Council, a member of the IAB Email Marketing Council, a member of the IDM (Institute of Direct Marketing) B2B Council, a course lecturer at IDM courses and a presenter for the IDM Academy at industry events (such as Technology for Marketing & Internet World). Anthony also regularly presented for PSMG (Professional Services lead Marketing Group) and FSF (Financial Services Forum) member seminars. He was also named one of B2B Marketing’s Top 20 B2B Marketers in the UK in 2005.
Anthony moved to the role of President, Concep New York in February 2007 and now heads up Concep’s rapidly growing US operations. He sits on the LMA (Legal Marketing Association) New York chapter sponsor relations committee and is an active member of LSSO (Legal Sales & Service Organization), AAM (Association of Accounting Marketing) and ASAE (American Society of Association Executives).
Frank Klassen: Frank has more than two decades of experience in the implementation of Internet solutions and information system technologies in a wide variety of business environments, for both private and public sector companies. Frank is currently the Vice President of Internet Services and a partner with Syscom Services, Inc. where he is responsible for the development of Syscom:gm CMS - Syscom’s core product line, as well as overall management of the Internet team and client implementations. Prior to joining Syscom Frank was IT Director for the American Council on Education.
Ron McGrath: Ron McGrath is one of the original founders and now Chief Technology Officer of HighRoad Solution, LLC. Ron has over 13 years of experience providing professional services and programming solutions to various markets including associations and not for profits. Ron spent five years with Best Software programming and designing software applications. Ron left Best Software to become Lead Sales Engineer for MediaLinq Corporation. Over an eight year span, Ron was promoted to Director of IT. MediaLinq eventually went public and was acquired by Captaris Corporation. In the fall of 2005, Ron and co-founder David Caruso teamed up to form HighRoad Solution, LLC.
Alex Mouw: Alex is a solutions consultant with more than 12 years of experience providing Internet and e-commerce technology consulting and project management expertise to Fortune 500, association, civil agency, and small business clients. At Results Direct, Alex works directly with our association clients to assist them with Web site strategic planning and provides actionable recommendations of time and money saving technologies and to improve member service through their Web sites. With a specialization in system integration, Alex has provided project direction for projects ranging from sophisticated content management system implementations to online member resource centers to online continuing education delivery, assessments and transcript management.
Matthew Parfitt: Before joining Concep, Matt was the founder of an online marketing agency in Spain, focusing on the automation of lead generation, prospect development and cross selling through the use of a variety of online tools (web advertising, websites, email, CRM).
Prior to this Matt was based in London, working with a publishing agency servicing the marketing needs of publishers for titles such as Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Conde Nast Traveler, Vanity Fair, GQ, Esquire, Men’s Health and many more.
Matt moved to the role of Business Development Manager at Concep in 2007 to help build Concep’s client base within the Membership Organization and Associations markets. During this time he has worked with organizations such as the Legal Marketing Association, Ernst & Young, and global consultancy, Hay Group. Matt was recently made VP, Business Development.
Ray Stetter: Ray Stetter, Vice President Product Management, joined ThePort Network in February of 2008. Mr. Stetter manages all aspects of product management and is an integral member of the senior team focused on product strategy and operations, and design partner management.
Prior to ThePort Network, Mr. Stetter was VP Product Lifecycle Management at McKesson Technology Solutions, a healthcare information technology solutions provider where he was responsible for strategic planning, product management, and product development. He has also held previous leadership roles at Channelpoint, and Ernst and Young, LLP. Ray’s experience centers on leading Information Technology companies in identifying new market opportunities, making clear choices toward strategies that win, and putting programs in place that guide operations to create sustainable differentiation. Mr. Stetter has a BBA in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
Richard A. Stone: Richard A. Stone is the Chief Executive Officer of A.C.T. Inc./EXPOCAD and has been with the company for 21 years. He has been involved in Information Technology for over 30 years; originally working with mainframes to PC based software and holds multiple U.S. and International patents. Rich has presented and taught for multiple organizations including ASAE, ESCA and IAEE where he currently is serving as Committee Chair on the Exhibitor Advisory Committee for Expo!Expo!.

Tom Brantigan: Dr. Thomas A. Brantigan is Chief Technology Officer for TMA Resources, Inc. He serves as chief software and technology architect for TMA Resources products and for software design for new, large customized installations. He serves as a member of the Executive Planning Group and the TMA Resources Board of Directors. He is based at the company headquarters in Vienna, VA.
