The Contact Management module allows users to log incoming and outgoing member communications and to post contact details, and follow them through final resolution—ensuring that a members’ request never slips through the cracks. Personify’s Content Management module also enables management to track and analyze the types of calls received by staff and the results achieved from their problem-solving efforts. - Membership Management

- Financial Management
The Accounts Receivable module captures all of the financial transactions generated by the Personify order modules (e.g., Membership, Subscriptions, Order Entry, Meetings, Exhibitions, etc.). It includes batch and on-line transaction capabilities with integrated credit card processing functionality. Personify has been independently verified as being in compliance with the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) standards.
- Multi-Company Processing
For organizations that need to manage more than one business entity, Multi-Company Processing provides the flexibility and control required to keep finances and resources segregated across multiple organizations. Each organization owns its distinct consolidated multi-company general ledger. This module maintains orders for exhibitor’s booth space at trade shows. The flexible set-up allows a variety of pricing methods and discounts to be applied. The system displays current statistics on booth inventory and sales, and provides quick access to exhibitor information such as the products sold, competitors, company contact, and the complete history of exhibitor participation.
