Our Customer Service team is well equipped with the tools and resources they need to answer your questions and provide support for our software solutions. They also share a common passion for providing the best service possible to our customers. In fact, our CS representatives typically stay in their roles here, serving our customers, more than twice as long as the average CS representative in this industry.
Excellence starts at the top. The Customer Service Excellence Committee, made up of senior CS employees, focuses on how to add extra value to the services we already offer. They meet on a regular basis to brainstorm innovative ways to make customers’ jobs easier. The team thrives on providing customers with the best experience possible and that spirit is spread to the entire team.
The Customer Service team has proven methodologies and documented processes for handling service tickets. The result—quick response times, efficient answers, and strong customer relationships. Weekly internal CS training, participation in leading industry organizations, and a transparent work environment also contribute to the team’s success.
The TMA Resources’ Customer Support Portal offers how-to videos, knowledge base articles and a ticket tracking system—tools that allow customers to be self-sufficient and get the answers they need any time of day or night. Customers can also receive customized reports that enable them to track everything from ticket status to average ticket response time.
While Customer Service understands how important it is to offer online resources, they also believe there is great value in doing things the old-fashion way—picking up the phone and talking to customers about how TMA Resources can help them meet their goals and overcome their challenges.
