The TMA Resources Customer Support Portal allows customers to:
- Submit tickets directly into the system used by CS
- Review the real-time status of issues
- Review a knowledge base built directly from customer reported issues
- Provide updates to tickets via the portal, or reply to automatic emails
- Download product documentation
- View previously recorded WebEx training sessions

TMA Resources Social Networking Site
TMA Resources has created a social networking site designed to help our customers easily network with other Personify/TIMSS users. We partnered with Higher Logic, a TMA Resources Solution Partner, to bring you this online community. Click here to begin networking.
